Honey G stole the show as she showed up to the opening night of Cinderella at the London Palladium.

The X Factor reject joined a host of stars on the red carpet wearing her trademark sunglasses and a cap.

The aspiring rap artist – real name Anna Gilford – pulled a series of unusual poses as she appeared to refer to herself as “number one”.

After working the cameras alone she joined the cast of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s musical, School of Rock, before heading inside the iconic venue where audience members asked her to pose for selfies.

Honey G’s appearance comes days after she returned to The X Factor to promote her upcoming debut single.

The ‘North Weezy’ resident was booed after she performed a medley of hits as a guest on Saturday night’s live final.

Speaking to Dermot O’Leary she said: “It felt wicked. I just want to plug my single that’s coming out on the 23rd December called the Honey G show.

“Everyone who’s locked in we’re going to rip it up, tear it up. This is the official Honey G take over.”

Honey – who has signed to Simon Cowell’s record label Syco – was branded a “joke” and “offensive”.

Other guests at Wednesday night’s opening performance included EastEnders stars Steve McFadden and Adam Woodyatt.

Sir Cliff Richard was also in attendance with his friend Gloria Hunniford.

Cinderella, starring Amanda Holden and Julian Clary, marks the return of pantomime to the London Palladium after three decades.
