Jayne's poor performance in the latest Big Brother task and her earlier gaffe which led to all of the housemates bar her being nominated for eviction this week has led to speculation among them that she might be a mole.

Jayne finished bottom of the class as the housemates failed their task to learn the rules of the reality TV show.

Knowing they needed perfect marks to pass the task, the group was asked to stand up one by one and receive their score. Susie, Aisleyne, Richard, Jennie, Glyn, Michael and Spiral all got full marks of 18 out of 18. "I got all mine right," said Jayne confidently.

But Imogen, Pete and Mikey let the side down, getting one question wrong each.
That was enough to seal the group's fate.

But there was still time for Jayne to suffer the indignity of finishing last. She got just 15 correct answers, and was further reprimanded for cheating, as Big Brother accused her of sneaking a look at Spiral's paper on two occasions.
"That's wrong!" she said, as the others stared at her disapprovingly.

Jayne had already earned her fellow housemates' disapproval by breaking the show's rules by talking about her impressions of the housemates before she entered the house.

Big Brother bosses punished Jayne by putting everyone except up for eviction this week. Dancer Nikki, 24, was booted off the show on Friday.

After the rules task ended in failure, the housemates became increasingly suspicious of Jayne, from Slough.

"I think Jayne is on a secret mission," said Spiral. "She could be a mole," said Jennie, as Jayne smiled nervously.

"I'm a professional woman, why would I come in here and be a liability?" Jayne said.

"You're grinning too much when we accuse you, like we've found you out," said Susie.

Richard was licking his lips at the prospect of some hot gossip. "Something's up. I smell a mole," he said. "Are you a mole, Jayne?" asked Glyn.

"I've been thrown in. I walk like a bulldog. Deal with it. You decide," she replied.

With their imaginations racing, the group became increasingly convinced they had uncovered a plot by the show's bosses.

But according to the official Big Brother website, Jayne's "not a mole, she's just a very naughty girl".

Yesterday, Pete took Nikki's eviction badly, admitting to Imogen it was a "big loss".

Nikki was the seventh person to be evicted from the show.
