Celebrities were out in force at a string of events in the West End. Actress Hayley Atwell was at Bafta’s HQ in Piccadilly for a screening of her new spy thriller Restless.
She was joined by Rufus Sewell, who also stars in the film adaptation of the book by William Boyd, currently penning the next James Bond novel.
Atwell, 30, looked stunning in a black coat — but insists she does not want to be known for her looks. She said: “I can’t imagine it if beauty was the only currency I used as an actress. It just doesn’t interest me.”
At Babble nightclub in Mayfair, Made In Chelsea’s cast marked the end of the fourth series with a party.
Francesca Hull was joined by Oliver Proudlock, Jamie Laing and Binky Felstead.
A fancy dress party at Freedom bar in Soho was attended by The Saturdays singer Frankie Sandford.
At first glance it seemed she was not sticking to the dress code — but closer inspection revealed she was sporting a wig as part of a very convincing Victoria Beckham outfit.
Her pregnant bandmate Rochelle and JLS husband Marvin Hume were also at the bash to celebrate the birthday of friend Aaron Renfree.
And finally, fashionistas Katie Grand and Olivier Rousteing hosted the LOVE Christmas party at Shrimpy’s in Kings Cross, where guests included Laura Carmichael and Kristen McMenamy.
