Pop heartthrob Justin Bieber was mobbed by fans today as he flew into the UK.

The Never Say Never star flew into Terminal 5 of Heathrow Airport wearing a bright yellow baseball cap and he headed straight into a horde of devoted fans who were awaiting his arrival.

The gang of "Beliebers" took photos and tried to grab his autograph as the Canadian star's minders steered him to a waiting car after his flight. The 18-year-old chart sensation is attending a launch event in west London this evening for his third album Believe which is due out in June.

His arrival comes as another teen sensation muscles in on his territory. Homegrown 19-year-old newcomer Conor Maynard from Brighton went straight into the singles chart at number two with his debut release Can't Say No yesterday.
