Katie Price is reportedly back in the studio trying to resurrect her music career.

The 41-year-old teased fans with the arrival of new music on her Instagram stories, posting a picture of a studio workroom and a microphone.

Price didn’t put any captions on her mysterious uploads, but reports claim she’s hoping to relaunch herself as an artist.

“Katie has wanted to get back into the studio for a while and she finally ready to relaunch her music career,” a source told The Sun Online. “She’s loved being back in the studio.”

The insider added that Price had “already started recording new songs” and that her efforts “could lead to an album” one day.

Standard Online has contacted representatives for Price for comment.

The former glamour model has taken several stabs at a music career, most recently with her single I Got U in 2017.

Her most notable song was a duet with ex-husband Peter Andre, covering Aladdin classic A Whole New World, but the track failed to hit the right notes, being universally panned by critics and anything but magical.

Price also tried to represent the United Kingdom at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2005 but failed to make it through the BBC selection show, with Javine being given the honour instead.

It could be that the microphone could spell a duet with daughter Princess, after Price showed off her teenage daughter’s impressive vocal skills in an Instagram post earlier this week.

Price shared a video of her 11-year-old daughter, who she shares with Andre, confidently singing Stefflon Don’s Hurtin’ Me while dancing about the room.

But while fans praised Princess’ “beautiful voice”, many criticised Price over her daughter’s oversized lilac Playboy t-shirt.
