Kim Kardashian has today hit out at those claiming she is using a surrogate to carry her second child by posting a naked selfie.

Kardashian, 34, announced the news that she is expecting a son with her husband Kanye West in June, on an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

Rumours quickly circulated suggesting that the pair had sought the help of a surrogate due to the size of the bump and previous problems with fertility.

Clearly tiring of the constant speculation, the reality star posted a naked picture of herself telling sceptics that she would be honest with her fans if she had opted to use a surrogate.

She wrote: “First they say I'm too skinny so I have to be faking it...Now they say I'm too big so I have to be faking it...SMH!

Kardashian - who last weekend celebrated her sister Kylie Jenner's 18th birthday - continued: “Everyone's body is different, every pregnancy is very different! It is not the first time that Kardashian has been forced to defend herself.

She went on an expletive filled rant telling her followers that she is "sick" of the lies and rumours being spread by people she knows shortly after announcing the news that she is expecting.

"Can't wait til my website is active! I'm gonna do live video streaming so every time someone talks s*** I can go blast the f*** outta them," she tweeted.

The outburst appeared to be so out of character that Twitter contacted her to check that her account had not been hacked.
