Olympic hero Mo Farah does his famous "mobot" pose as he returns to the TV show which created his victory celebration.

Double gold-winner Farah - who triumphed in the 5,000m and 10,000m at this summer's Olympics - shows off his hands-on-head stance with James Corden, who created it.

The "mobot" was dreamt up when the track star appeared on Sky 1's A League Of Their Own earlier this year, and he returns to the show tonight to pose once more with other guests following his triumphs.

Also joining in at the recording are Jamie Redknapp, Jack Whitehall, Andrew Flintoff, John Bishop and Claudia Winkleman.

Farah - who became a dad of twins shortly after his wins - said his celebration was actually going through his mind as he stormed round the Olympics stadium during the summer.

"I was definitely thinking about it," he said.

"I was thinking 'Cross the line first, win the race, and then make sure, when you cross the line, do the mobot'."

And he told how he gave some fans a surprise when he spotted them practising his pose at the post-box painted gold in his honour in Teddington, south west London, close to a sports shop where he once worked.

"I was driving past Teddington and I could see there was a queue of people doing the Mobot in front of it and there was a kid just on the top of the post-box and his mum is behind him getting his arms to do (the mobot).

"I was driving past, opened the window, stuck my head out and started doing the mobot.

"They couldn't believe it.

"She nearly dropped the kid."

A League Of Their Own returns to Sky 1 tonight at 10pm.
