Piers Morgan has mocked Kim Kardashian after she described herself as “flawless”.

Morgan couldn’t resist taking aim at Kardashian as he discussed untouched paparazzi pictures of the reality TV star, who tweeted about her figure during a holiday with her family and friends.

Kardashian posted a series of tweets detailing all the behind-the-scenes gossip, before finishing by giving an update on her actions.

She tweeted: “Oh and as for me you ask? ...I'm just sitting here on the beach with my flawless body.”

“The great thing about these pictures is she’s not flawless” he said. “She’s like every other woman and every other man. None of us are flawless – present company excepted. The unexpurgated, uncensored, un-airbrushed Kim Kardashian.”

Morgan then mocked his Good Morning Britain co-star Susanna Reid for claiming those with cellulite and flaws should celebrate them.

He said: “Susanna said earlier that we should all celebrate cellulite.”

Reid added: “I think we should celebrate cellulite. We act as if it's something I’d say it’s a fact of life for 90 per cent of women.”

Unconvinced Morgan challenged: “When you look at that and look at yourself and see cellulite you do a conga cheering ‘woo I’ve got cellulite’?

“Why would we celebrate it? Put up with it. Tolerate it. Flaws shouldn't be celebrated. If I came in tomorrow and said 'you know what I really celebrate about you, it's not your beauty, your brains, your intelligence - it's your cellulite'. You'd slap me.”

Ignoring Morgan’s cynicism, Reid continued: “I’m glad we’ve got honest photographs of Kim Kardashian. She still looks absolutely knockout.”

Morgan continued the debate on Twitter, telling his critics: “Nobody 'celebrates' cellulite, why pretend?”

In another post he said it’s a “fact of life” that humans simply have to “grin and bear”.

He wrote: “Men get it too. No shame in it but nothing to 'celebrate' either. We just have to grin & bear it.”

Good Morning Britain is on ITV, weekdays at 6:30am.
