Scott Disick insists that he has ‘nobody’ as he breaks down in tears during a preview episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

The playboy, who split from other half Kourtney Kardashan amid cheating rumours, is confronted by the family for the first time in the teaser clip for the 11th season.

Hiding his eyes behind glasses, the 32-year-old is seen wiping a tear away as he tells the family:

“It's been a really hard time going from, like, having all of you guys to having nobody.”

Family matriarch Kris Jenner can also been seen crying as she tells Disick “It breaks my heart to see her in pain.”

While sisters Kim and Khloe look on, Kourtney reminds Disick that he “forgets what happens” when he’s “on a binge.”

In another scene, Disick says: “I f***ed up, I made the worst decision I've ever made in my life.”

The party-loving entrepreneur, who is the father of Kourtney’s three children, recently split from the star after he was pictured with another woman.

This marks Disick’s first appearance on the show since the allegations, after it was previously reported that he wouldn’t be appearing in the 11th season.
