Simon Cowell has regular Botox injections, chest waxes and dyes his hair – and will only use black toilet paper, according to his new, unofficial biography.
Extraordinary details of the X Factor mogul’s health regime were revealed by the book that also claims he has intravenous vitamin injections and regular colonic irrigations. The 52-year-old eats fresh fruit sent to him by air freight and drinks two smoothies a day made from exotic plants, author Tom Bower alleges in Sweet Revenge: The Intimate Life of Simon Cowell.
He also has massages, wears tooth caps and dyes his hair. Every six months he is said to have a “blood revitalising” process at UCLA Hospital in Los Angeles.
The Sun reports that he told friends about the Botox: “It simply works. You do it twice a year. Who cares? And it balances my smoking and drinking.”
Cowell has a fleet of cars including two Rolls-Royces, a Ferrari and a Bentley convertible, and is claimed to have said: “I like driving with the hood down in the sunshine with girls waving at me.”
He recently spent £8 million renovating his £20 million Beverly Hills house. It features a huge waterfall in the back garden which has a “trick pathway” which makes it look as if he can walk on water.
