Sir Tom Jones ‘dating’ Priscilla Presley a year after wife Linda’s death

Sir Tom Jones is reportedly dating Priscilla Presley a year after his wife Linda passed away.

The music icon and Voice coach, 76, is thought to be enjoying a new romance with friend Elvis Presley’s former wife, 71, who he has known for years.

Speculation that the pair were dating emerged as they were spotted heading out to Craig’s restaurant in Hollywood together last month, arriving in a white Rolls Royce.

“Tom and Priscilla are courting. There is a spark between them but they are taking it slowly. It really is early days but they get on so well,” a source told The Sun.

“Tom has had a difficult year with Linda’s death and Priscilla has been an amazing support.”

Sir Tom told The Sun: “We have been friends for a long time. She’s a lovely lady. We do enjoy our nights out together.”

They have known each other since the 1970s, while the actress was married to Elvis from 1967 to 1973.

Sir Tom lost wife Linda last April following a short battle with cancer, describing coming to terms with the loss was "the hardest thing I've ever done in my life".

He said her death made him realise that she “might have been the most important thing in his life”.

Sir Tom married Linda in 1957, when they were both 16 in his home town of Pontypridd. The couple went on to have one son, Mark.
