Just days after Kate Winslet tied the knot with director Sam Mendes at a secret ceremony, the Titanic star has put her trendy £405,000 bachelor pad on the market.
The 27-year-old actress bought the north London maisonette in 1997 before meeting her first husband, Jim Threapleton.
She kept it on as her hideaway after their marriage ended two years ago. Now, after setting up a London base with the Oscar-winning American Beauty director in Primrose Hill, the star has ditched her single life memories for good by selling up.
The property, through estate agents Hamptons, is being advertised on This is London Homes - London's No.1 property site with over 100,000 homes for sale or rent in the capital.
Agents are predicting a flood of offers for the flat in Holloway, which boasts four bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The flat is light and airy with a wonderful farmhouse-style kitchen and plenty of polished floorboards.
Meanwhile, refurbishment continues on the pair's £3.3 million Cotswolds manor house near Chipping Norton. The latest estimate for building works is £1.5 million with an 18-month completion date.
