Twitter has erupted with glee after Mel B appeared to hint that the Spice Girls will attend and possibly perform at the Royal wedding.

During a television appearance on Tuesday, Scary Spice sent her co-hosts and fans into meltdown after suggesting that the five-piece would be reuniting at the upcoming wedding of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.

Unsurprisingly, Twitter had a lot of feelings about the potential performance and users quickly shared their excitement.

One fan wrote: “WHEN THE SPICE GIRLS MAY OR MAY NOT BE PERFORMING AT THE ROYAL WEDDING I NEED AN INVITATION TO THIS WEDDING OK.”

While another gushed: “The spice girls are performing at the royal wedding?! HOW DO I GET AN INVITE?!”

“The Spice Girls are performing at the royal wedding and I’ve never been more jealous of Meghan Markle before,” joked a third.

The popstar and America’s Got Talent judge appeared on The Real’s Girl Chat Live where conversation soon turned to the upcoming nuptials.

Mel B seemed to nod without officially commenting when asked by the host if she knew of anybody invited to the ceremony, before the panellists screamed with joy.

Loni Love then tried her luck asking the burning question about whether the soon-to-be reunited group would be performing at the ceremony.

Excitedly, she asked: “Maybe you can answer and maybe not, but will the Spice Girls be performing at the reception?”

Mel B remained silent before throwing her cue cards up in the air and joking she “needs to go” because she “will be fired”.
