X Factor 2015: Mason Noise told to ‘shut up’ by Simon Cowell before he storms of stage

X Factor contestant Mason Noise stormed off stage during the Six Chair Challenge after a dramatic row with Simon Cowell.

The 21-year-old singer, who impressed Rita Ora and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini with his rendition of Justin Timberlake’s Senorita at his first audition, complained to the head judge about how much air time it got.

Brazenly questioning the panel, he said: “Why is it I only got a 47-second part on the show when others got 10-minute time slots?”

To which Cowell replied: “Don't tell me how long you should have on this show. Why don't you shut up?”

Interrupting the wannabe star’s rant, he added: “What gives you the right to come on stage and insult my show and staff? If you don’t like it leave.”

The singer then proceeded to drop his mic and storm off the stage while the 4000-strong crowd chanted “off”.

Noise later took to Twitter to write: “Lets get it straight. I was told to shut it "a**hole" and leave because I wouldnt apologise for my opinion. How is that acceptable in 2015?”

Just last year, the singer blasted the show on his social media account, taking a swipe at Fernandez-Verini.

He wrote: “How is Cheryl in the music business let alone a judge… #XFactorFrightNight.

“Some of the judges on X Factor... are like Stevie Wonder judging a painting contest.”

He added: “Bring back good music. Not laughing at people, pointless entertainment #xfactor.”
