Two more contestants are set to leave the X Factor finals this weekend as show bosses announced another double elimination.

Out of the seven remaining acts, one will leave on Saturday’s show and another will get the boot after Sunday’s sing-off.

Viewers have already seen a double elimination this series when Lola Saunders and Jack Walton made their exit during the Halloween-themed Fright Night weekend.

David Guetta will perform on the Saturday show, which will see the contestants taking on Whitney Houston or Sir Elton John tracks.

Judges Mel B and Cheryl Fernandez-Versini are both at risk of finding themselves without a contestant if their acts Andrea Faustini and Lauren Platt leave, while Louis Walsh could lose one - or both - of his groups, Only The Young and Stereo Kicks.

Only Simon Cowell remains certain of still having at least one act in the show as he has still has three performers left on his team - Ben Haenow, Fleur East and Stevi Ritchie.

Ritchie, who survived a sing-off with Jay James last week, believes his time will be up this weekend.

He told RadioTimes.com: "Whether it's Saturday or Sunday, I'll be one of the ones that goes this weekend."
