Church was shot digging in to a packet of crisps, a move that might have also satisfied her pregnancy cravings.

She is expecting her first child with Welsh rugby player Gavin Henson, and admits pregnancy has taken its toll.

She has said: "I'm absolutely knackered at the moment."

Her mother Maria has said: "Charlotte is feeling tired at the moment but is still enjoying her pregnancy."
