Pixie Geldof's status as a budding style-icon went unchallenged over the weekend as she joined a group of friends in a north London park.

The tanned teenager relaxed in clunky leather biker boots, 80s style denim shorts and a cropped grey t-shirt, topped off with a vintage floral cardigan and Wayfarer style sunglasses.

Making the most of the sunny weather the Tatler cover girl spent the day on Primrose Hill.

Her fashionable gang included model-of-the-moment Agyness Deyn's best friend, fashion designer Henry Holland and the singer Remi Nicole.

But the 17-year-old daughter of Bob Geldof and the late Paula Yates didn't waste her time posing for the watching paparazzi. Instead she shed her boots and grabbed a cricket bat, sending the ball flying.

But Pixie didn't take the game too seriously - she broke off from batting to playfully wrestle with 25-year-old Remi on the field.

After inspecting her flat stomach there was then time for more adult pastimes, including a quick cigarette and a drink from a can.

Despite her tender age the teen has a busy social life, regularly visiting nightclubs and attending showbiz parties with her 19-year-old sister Peaches.

But she is said to 'always obey' her father Bob Geldof's curfew during the school term.

Pixie recently followed in her mother's footsteps by posing for the cover of Tatler. The society magazine named her 'the coolest girl in town' and said she was 'very London, very now'.

And it appears her fashion sense has caught the eye of high street retailer New Look.

Over the weekend, reports claimed New Look had approached the teenager to design a limited edition collection for the store.

Last year, Lily Allen designed a range for New Look, including ballroom dresses and her signature oversized gold jewellery.
