Christina Aguilera and a bodyguard are being sued by a photographer who says the guard punched and spat on him after he took the singer's picture outside a Hollywood nightclub.


Seeking unspecified damages, David Keeler said he was attacked on 21 May last year.

After Aguilera and Vernon Warren got into a car, Keller said Warren told him he "needed to learn respect" and attacked him.

Aguilera has denied the charge.
