Photographs from the world-renowned Magnum photographic agency form the installation NYC at the Wapping Project, based on last year's terrorist attacks on the city. The size of the images (up to 10m by 6.6m) in the refurbished boiler and engine houses of the former pumping station should help in recreating the awe that the Manhattan skyline inspires.

Josef Koudelka (photographer of the World Trade Center towers, 1988, right) and Gilles Peress are among the photographers whose work reflects the appearance and character of the city before, after and during the events of 11 September. Running simultaneously are a series of classic films central to our perception of NY, and Evan Fairbanks's video record of the impact on the second tower, shown uncut and for the first time in Europe.

NYC: Magnum Photos, from Sat 11 May, The Wapping Project, Wapping Hydraulic Power Station, Wapping Wall, E1 (020-7680 2080).
