If you've ever fancied yourself in Blackadder-style tights and a frill-neck, then head to Shakespeare's Globe this weekend for some stylish cross-dressing.
The Globe continues to bring the traditions of 16th-century Shakespearean theatre into the 21st with an exhibition of costumes and Elizabethan clothing.
Visitors will have the opportunity to dress in costumes from the Globe's 2000 production of Hamlet and, if they so wish, gals can emulate Gwyneth Paltrow's turn in Shakespeare In Love - donning the Prince Of Denmark's garb, while guys are given the chance to dress up as Ophelia.
Globe director David Marshall said: "We are thrilled to offer people of all ages the opportunity to experience Elizabethan clothing and to get a sense of what it would have been like to be an actor in Shakespeare's day."
Tickets include admission to Shakespeare's Globe Exhibition where every aspect of Shakespeare's work is brought to life using a combination of modern technology and traditional crafts.
The demonstration takes place three times a day - 2pm, 3pm and 4pm, Tuesday to Sunday.
