Intimate photographs belonging to the model - said to be of a 'highly personal nature' - are being touted for sale by an unscrupulous photographer.

But embarrassed Danielle, 24, who regularly poses topless for tabloid newspapers and men's magazines, has come over all coy about the photographs, and threatened legal action against any publication that publishes them.

Thus leading observers to believe the photographs are of a very saucy nature.

Danielle's legal representatives, solicitors Swan Turton said the photos were taken using her own camera.

They then appear to have been obtained by the photographer without her consent.

Now the model's lawyers have stated that any publication of the rumoured racy snaps would be an infringement of Danielle's right of privacy and "in breach of confidence".

Meanwhile, the serial WAG has recently been spotted with a new beau, and in a break from type, he is is believed to be a humble businessman.

Danielle has previously dated footballers Teddy Sheringham, 41, and Marcus Bent, 29.

She was left heartbroken after her most recent ex, Portsmouth striker Jermaine Defoe, allegedly cheated on her with another woman.
