Danny Dyer has got candid about his manhood and revealed he might need to have a surgical procedure on his testicles due to a build-up of fluid.

The former EastEnders actor, 45, says he was born with the condition, known as a hydrocele, which has caused one of his testicles to swell.

As a result, the London-born star amusingly described his appendage as looking “like a f*****g slug on an apple”.

After undergoing an ultrasound, Dyer said he was advised that he could get it “drained” but that it would be considered cosmetic surgery, which he isn’t ruling it out.

Dyer revealed the news while appearing on the latest episode of Kathy Burke’s Where There’s A Will, There’s A Wake podcast.

“When I started puberty, my b******s started f*****g getting bigger. I went to have it ultra-sounded which was weird, and they said obviously it’s cosmetic surgery if you want to have it done … obviously I’m very attached to it, cause it’s attached to me,” he told stunned host Burke.

Adding: “But on some days, you look down and it does look like a little human head with wispy hair on the top. It’s just something I do feel I probably should f*****g get it done.”

The NHS describes a hydrocele as “a collection of fluid around the testicle” that “is usually a benign (non-cancerous) condition caused by either over-production or under-drainage of fluid from the sac that contains the testicle”.

Elsewhere in the interview, Dyer also shared how his celebrity status had earned him a Toby Carvery platinum gold card.

He also shared his pride at recently becoming a grandfather again after his former Love Island star daughter Dani gave birth to identical twin girls.
