Housemates were left scratching their heads after Scottish contestant Dennis announced he wanted to clear the air in the Big Brother house.

Dancing diva Dennis cornered Dale, Darnell, Jennifer and Sylvia in the Living Area, letting them in on his plans to have The Talk with his fellow fourteen housemates over dinner last night.

'I don't get it,' moaned Sylvia.

Dennis cryptically warned her: 'You will get it at the dinner table though.'

So what did he have to say during his mysterious meal-meeting?

Here's the condensed version: Please don't talk about one another behind closed
doors.

But accounts executive Alexandra was far from impressed with his rambling speech - and wasn't afraid to air her views.

'I thought things were starting to smoothen out in the House,' said Alexandra.

'I was looking forward to that. I don't want to constantly be in an argument. Dennis was marching around the House, stirring things up, causing a problem? Why?'

And law student Luke shared her sentiments.

In his own meeting about the meeting in the Diary Room, he began a frustrated rant almost as long as Dennis' dinnertime discourse: 'Drama! 'Drama' is the word of the day... Dennis decides we should have another group meeting? Why?

'I was nearly falling asleep... They all stood up and said their piece about how they're nice people. We all know they're nice people! Don't stand up and tell everyone!

'It was an utter waste of time,' Luke concluded. 'I'd rather lick crisps.'
