Drew Barrymore’s going the distance as she parties with ex Justin Long until 5am
Drew Barrymore was spotted cosying up to ex-boyfriend Justin Long at the afterparty of their Leicester Square premiere last night — a party which went on to the small hours.
The pair split up this year but hugged warmly on the red carpet of Going The Distance, their new romantic comedy.
She spoke at the premiere about balancing her work and relationships, saying: "I think it's unhealthy to give up your whole life for someone and put all your hopes and happiness on them. But I think a lot of women are struggling with that: Can I have the job and the guy too?' I relate to that."
Barrymore, 35, who had "breathe" written on her arm in black felt-tip pen in an apparent bid to calm her nerves, and Long, 32, appeared more on than off at the party at Home House in Mayfair.
A fellow guest said: "They were very tactile and spent most of the evening next to each other. They still clearly have a great deal of affection for each other. They stayed at the party until almost 5am, but then headed back to separate hotels."
