Two nights on the trot: Duffy backs up her Brits win with a night at The Ivy club

Once upon a time, a Wednesday night Brit Awards ceremony would see addled rockers partying all the way to the weekend. But the only face from The Brits to make it out two nights on the trot was sweet and innocent Duffy. Perhaps she was still running on adrenaline from her hattrick the night before.

While the rest of the acts from the ceremony were nursing their hangovers last night, the Welsh star was up for more partying with her sister and pals.

The gang went to The Ivy club in Covent Garden to celebrate her success in winning best album, best British female and best British breakthrough at Earls Court on Wednesday night.

They tried to give photographers the slip by sneaking out of the back door, but were caught looking rather bleary eyed in the back of their cab at 12.30am. She'll probably need the whole weekend to recover...
