Walford stars descended on the real East End of London tonight for an exhibition to mark the soap's 25th anniversary.

Derek Martin, who plays Charlie Slater, Cheryl Fergison (Heather Trott), Don Gilet (Lucas Johnson), and Charlie G Hawkins (Darren Miller) were among the EastEnders actors who attended the Tramshed for a private viewing of famous props and costumes from a quarter of a century of EastEnders.

Ricky Norwood, who plays Fatboy in the soap, brought girlfriend Jade Ewen, of pop group the Sugababes, along to the east London event.
Among the exhibits were dresses from famous EastEnders weddings, including the outfit Peggy Mitchell (Barbara Windsor) wore to wed Archie Mitchell (Larry Lamb), and the dramatic red gown Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) donned for her wedding to Alfie Moon (Shane Ritchie).

Notorious murder weapons, such as the dog-shaped doorstop that Chrissie Watts (Tracy-Ann Oberman) used to finish off Dirty Den (Leslie Grantham) were also on display, as well as a selection of earrings worn by Pat Evans (Pam St Clements).
The free, ticket-only event is open to the public on February 5 and 6.

EastEnders will air a live episode on Friday, February 19.
