They've had their rocky moments, but Lindsay Lohan's and girlfriend Samantha Ronson's appeared stronger than ever as they enjoyed a romantic weekend in Los Angeles.

The pair proved inseparable during the actress' breaks from filming the upcoming comedy Labor Pains, hitting a burger restaurant for lunch on Saturday before heading out for a shopping trip to Kidrobot on Melrose Avenue on Sunday.

Sources say the Lindsay and DJ Samantha are back on track after a public row in an LA restaurant earlier this month - and are now stronger than ever.

An Us Weekly insider says: 'I’ve never seen Lindsay like this.'

Meanwhile, Lindsay recently withdrew herself from consideration for an Emmy Award.

The Mean Girls star made a guest appearance in Ugly Betty as a high school classmate of Betty Suarez, a role she is expected to reprise when the series returns.

'The appearance was brief,' her spokesperson explained. 'We made a decision to wait.'
