Elvis Presley's Surrender went straight in at number two yesterday, continuing the King's string of successful re-releases.
The single Hush by LL Cool J featuring Aurelius was number three, completing a hat trick of new entries.
J-Lo's chart success follows rumours that the actress and singer is pregnant.
The 35-year-old star called off her trip to promote the film Shall We Dance? in London with co-star Richard Gere at the last minute last week saying she was "not well".
Last week's number one single Sometimes You Can't Make It On Your Own by U2 dropped to this week's number seven..
