The mother of Oliver's two children Poppy, 4, and Honey, 5, displayed a taut six-pack while she pounded the pavement near the couple's home.
It's clear from her superfit appearance, Jamie could learn a trick or two from his exercise concious wife.
The popular television chef is in no danger of being asked to cook naked - recent pictures show he's let himself go a little.
Recently the chef, who spearheaded a campaign to overhaul school dinners, was accused by writer Julie Burchill "of driving young children to anorexia by fuelling the nation's obsession over what to feed our children."
In an interview with Radio 4's Today programme Burchill said people such as Oliver and dietician Gillian McKeith, had attached an "almost religious significance" to what children ate.
A spokesman for Mr Oliver responded: "Jamie is not a food fascist, it is all about moderation as far as he is concerned. He's not adverse to the odd chips or pizza."
Judging from the picture below, he might have had a few pizzas too many.
