Supermodel Kate Moss was snapped stepping out in Paris on Tuesday evening as she celebrated her 50th birthday in the French capital.

The Croydon-born catwalk star looked sensational in a sheer lace gown and black silk cape with golden lining, as she stepped out from her chauffeur driven car on a pair of stylish open-toe heels and made her way into posh eatery Laurent.

Helping her to celebrate was long-term boyfriend Nikolai Von Bismark, daughter Lila Hack-Moss and designer friends Stella McCartney and Charlotte Tilbury.

According to the MailOnline, Moss flew to the City of Lights on Monday from Oxford via a private jet that seats up to seven VIP guests ahead of her bash and then checked into the Ritz hotel.

An insider told the publication that Moss had been carefully planning her milestone birthday for months and intended for it to be "a night to remember".

On her big day, she kicked off the celebrations with a special brunch where she was joined by her boyfriend and daughter.

Prior to the actual day, she enjoyed a pre-birthday celebration with her best friends on the private island of Mustique, which involved a beachside spiritual celebratory circle.

Her daughter was again by her side, as was best friend Sadie Frost, plus former model Rosemary Ferguson, stylist Katy England, fashion casting director Jess Shallet, florist Flora Starkey and designer Jess Morris.

In a picture shared to Frost's Instagram account, she can be seen sporting a bohemian black dress, floral crown and necklace and with no make-up on as she sat crossed-legged on the white sand underneath palm trees.

Frost hailed her a "spiritual warrior" in her social media post.
