Kelly Brook: I'm happy to be seen as the 'smiley booby girl'

Kelly Brook doesn't want to be taken seriously and is happy to be seen as the "smiley booby girl" because it has made her a success.

The 32-year-old beauty - who is known for sending up her sexy image in movies such as Keith Lemon: The Film and Piranha 3-D - admits she "goes to bed" happy because she is not concerned if people view her as stupid or just as the "booby girl".

She said: "I just roll with it. If you fight against stuff all of the time, you're going to make yourself miserable. So if someone says 'Right, you're going to be the smiley, girly, booby girl,' you go, 'OK, yes. I'm going to be that.' And you see where that takes you.

"And so far it has taken me all over the world, I can wake up smiling and go to bed without driving myself mad thinking, 'I wanna be taken seriously'."

Kelly - who is in a relationship with former rugby player Thom Evans - also admits she is happy to be seen as a gold-digger by some as she knows she is not and has always paid her own way in life.

The brunette - who was previously in relationships with Jason Statham and Billy Zane - told the new issue of FHM magazine: "I've paid my own bills, I've never taken anything from anyone, I never married a footballer. I've never married anyone for money."
