LG last night celebrated the launch of its latest Android smartphone handset, the LG Optimus One with Google, at a celebrity-filled party at popular London nightspot The Penthouse, in Leicester Square.

Enjoying panoramic views of London's West End, over 250 guests danced to Q-award winner Mr Hudson, who performed his biggest hits for those in attendance.

Pearl and Daisy Lowe kept it in the family, as they took to the decks and performed a live DJ set, delivering their favourite tracks to rapturous applause. Whilst Kara Tointon and dance partner Artem Chigvintsev got the party started, livening up the dance floor with Kara's newly acquired dancing skills.

The guests, who included Kelly Brook, sipped LG's own cocktails and enjoyed canapés throughout the evening served by waiters in tuxedos.

The party pack didn't leave empty-handed, as guests were presented with an LG Optimus One goodie bag, filled with a collection of gifts, displaying some of the cool features available on Android.
