Kelly Clarkson posts photo of newborn daughter
Kelly Clarkson has shared a photo of her newborn daughter on Twitter.
The singer, who gave birth to daughter River Rose earlier this month, posted the first photo of her child on her social media account.
The portrait shows River sleeping in a red pram, wrapped in a cream blanket with a cream knitted headband.
Kelly tweeted out to her fans: "Our baby girl River Rose Blackstock arrived on June 12th! Thank you everyone for all of your well wishes! Brandon and I are on cloud 9!!"
The ‘Breakaway’ singer gave an interview with Parade last November, after first announcing her pregnancy to talk about becoming a mother.
She said: “I’m gonna rock at being a mom! I’m almost looking at it like making a record, like, ‘I’m going to nail this!'"

River is Kelly’s first child with husband Brandon Blackstock, after the couple married last October. Brandon has two children from a previous marriage.
