Kris Jenner treated two of her grandchildren, along with friends and daughter Khloe Kardashian, to a Christmas trip to the theatre.

The doting grandmother, 68, took to Instagram to reveal details of their outing to see Dr Seuss's How The Grinch Stole Christmas The Musical at The Pantages Theatre in Hollywood.

The group even got to meet the cast afterwards and grabbed a photo with The Grinch himself.

For her snap, Jenner can be seen sporting one of her trademark black suits, which she accessorised with gold hoop earrings.

While the children all beam at the camera, Jenny is busy puckering up ready for a kiss with green meanie The Grinch.

Dream, who is the daughter of Jenner's only son Rob Kardashian and his ex partner Blac Chyna, looked cute in a pink jumper and matching skirt.

Khloe's daughter True meanwhile wore black and white animal prink ankle boots with black socks and pink laces.

"We took the kids to see How the Grinch Stole Christmas last night at the Hollywood Pantages Theater!" wrote The Kardashian/Jenner matriarch.

"The Grinch is one my favorite Christmas stories and it was magical to see the live show with the kids. The performances were so amazing!" she added.

Adding her own rave review on Instagram Stories, Good American founded Khloe, 39, hailed it "The cutest ever!!!!!" over clips from the show.

"We took the kiddos to the Pantages Theater to see How the Grinch Stole Christmas the musical and it was so incredibly cute! What a beautiful memory," she enthused.
