Kylie Minogue "might" get married.

The 42-year-old singer, who has been dating Spanish model Andres Velencoso for over two years, admits the thought of tying the knot makes her panic, but she refuses to rule out the possibility of walking down the aisle in the near future.

Asked if she has plans to get engaged, she said: "Look at my face. I have gone visibly pale. I'm touring all year, so that has made me panic. But I have a very special man. I might get married, you never know."

Kylie, who fears she is infertile after battling breast cancer in 2005, also revealed she is considering surrogacy or adoption in order to have a family with Andres.

She said: "I do think about surrogacy and adoption and I would absolutely look into those options because children and family are very important to me. It's something in my mind."

Kylie has previously admitted she has "looked into" the possibility of using an egg donor to have a baby.

She said last December: "I've looked into various options. I don't know if I'm going to go down any of those roads yet, but I do need to look at what might be potential paths that lead to a family. They can do incredible things now, especially in America."
