Lily Cole and Orlando Bloom shape up for the new year

If your new year detox consists of pounding the frost-laden streets of zero-degree London, then look away now.

These celebrities have a rather more agreeable way of getting in shape.

On board her yacht in the Caribbean sun, Lily Cole engages in some light yoga-style bending and stretching.

And Orlando Bloom, on another craft nearby, works up a mild sweat with some traditional dumb-bell training.

Both were at the island of St Barts, a well-known retreat of the rich and famous.

Cole was taking a break from her studies in Cambridge — where she recently had her £600 bike stolen.

Meanwhile, Bloom was on holiday with supermodel girlfriend Miranda Kerr, who probably doesn't need a strict calorie-burning exercise regime.

The pair were in matching black swimwear and sunglasses. Bloom was seen putting on snorkelling gear to jump into the crystal clear water, wearing very short shorts.
