Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu desperately tried to cover Davide Sanclimenti’s eyes during the Love Island reunion special as he was finally shown footage of her crawling onto the terrace with Jay Younger.

While Ekin-Su and Davide emerged as one of the stongest couples in the villa before going on to win the ITV2 dating show, it was a different story in the beginning.

Earlier in the series, the actress famously crawled out onto the terrace to sneak a kiss with Jay while being coupled up with Davide.

After admitting to show host Laura Whitmore that he had not seen the clip, this was soon rectified.

After reliving the moment, a slightly red-faced Jay was left giggling with his head in his hands.

Davide meanwhile, although visibly cringing, took it all in his stride with the couple, both 27, confirming that they had moved on from her indiscretion.

Things were not as civil between Summer Botwe and Coco Lodge however, as the pair began to argue over Josh Le Grove.

Co-host Darren Harriott was forced to intervene as they became locked in a heated exchange.

It came after Coco recently appeared on podcast Saving Grace, where she made it known she had rejected a sexual advance from Josh as they left the villa.

It would appear Summer - who has been on a string of dates with Josh since leaving the villa - wasn’t happy with her remarks.

As Darren questioned Billy Brown on “who has been getting with who,” Summer interjected, saying: “I know someone who wishes they would’ve got with someone but we move on.”

Rising to the bait, Coco replied: “If you can’t handle a big personality don’t go on reality TV.”

“Friends don’t say certain things hun,’ hit back Summer, with Coco challenging: “If you wanna talk about it we can.”

Attempting to defuse the situation, Darren soothed: “Guys not now”.

Undeterred, Summer continued: “I would never fight over anybody because I don’t see any competition.”

“Josh is my mate,” Coco clapped back, but was soon cut off again by Josh who was keen to move on.

Ekin-Su and Davide won Love Island series eight by a landslide after securing 63.7 per cent of the public vote.

In addition to having the kudos of being Love Island winners, they each scooped £25,000 in prize money.

Runners-up Gemma and Luca scored 14.5 per cent, while third placed Indiyah and Dami claimed 11.8 per cent.

Meanwhile, Tasha and Andrew were fourth with 10.1 per cent.
