Pregnant Laura Anderson announces social media break following reports she and Gary Lucy are back together

Pregnant Laura Anderson has announced that she is taking a break from social media following reports that she and her baby’s father Gary Lucy are back together.

The mum-to-be, 34, is due to give birth any day now and took to Instagram to share her plans to take some time out from her usual flurry of online activity.

“Thank you all for your messages, just giving those interested a lil update,” her post began.

“No doubt I’ll be quiet on here for a bit as life is sort of standing still at the moment.

“I’m trying to enjoy the calm, but it’s hard,” she concluded.

Anderson and Lucy enjoyed a whirlwind relationship after meeting while taking part in Celebs Go Dating last year.

Their romance was short-lived however, as they broke up at the beginning of this year and then further shocked fans by announcing that they were expecting a baby together.

On Tuesday however, it was reported that the former couple had reconciled after almost half a year of exchanging barbed comments about each other online and in interviews.

“He flew up to Scotland to see Laura and they were spotted together at Glasgow airport,” a source told The Sun. “Then the next week, they went to Gleneagles, the luxury hotel, together.”

The mum-to-be was indeed there as she shared a photo of herself on Instagram wearing a white dressing gown as she posed in the garden of the hotel with her dog.

One of her fans put two and two together and even asked about Lucy in the comments, writing: “Omg I saw Gary there are you guys back together?” Followed by a red love heart emoji.
