Sarah Jessica Parker was joined by her twin daughters Marion and Tabitha on Tuesday at the premiere of her new movie Hocus Pocus 2.

The Sex And The City star posed up a storm alongside her 13-year-old daughters, who she shares with long-time husband Matthew Broderick, during a rare family outing for her new film in New York.

The trio happily smiled for photographers on the carpet, as the girls revealed they share their mother’s love for fashion in a strapless shimmering blue-grey dress and classic black dress respectively.

Meanwhile, the Failure To Launch actress put her best fashion foot forward in floral shimmering jacquard coat over lavender-coloured trousers and pink stilettos.

Not to be outdone, Parker’s husband Matthew Broderick joined the trio for several photos looking dapper in a smart brown suit, suede loafers and complementing tie.

Notably, the couple’s son James Wilkie, 19, was missing from the family affair on the carpet, having entered his first year at Brown University last month.

The 57-year-old has largely kept her children out of the spotlight and previously explained how she hopes to keep them grounded despite having famous parents.

Appearing on Australia’s KIIS FM in 2019, she said: "Parents who aren’t well known can have children who aren’t grounded because of the example they set in their home.

"[I tell them] ‘I will do my best to make sure you always have what you need, but I want you pining towards something. I want you to work for something, to dream of it, to will it to happen.’"

Parker joins Bette Midler and Kathy Najimy for the highly anticipated Hocus Pocus sequel, almost three decades on from when the film was first released.

The trio are set to reprise their witchy roles as the Sanderson sisters, who are summoned back from beyond the grave.

The newest instalment sees the sisters stalking the streets of Salem, Massachusetts once again, after three young women accidentally bring them back and must figure out how to stop the child-hungry witches from wreaking havoc on the world.

Hocus Pocus 2 drops on Disney + on September 30.
