Having regained custody of her two young sons, Britney Spears is now working hard at getting back in shape.

The once-svelte singer piled on the pounds by eating junk food during her drink and drugs binge last year, but has now dropped from a size 14 to a size 10.

Our snap  -  taken at a recent Hollywood party  -  clearly shows how successful her efforts have been. Britney has been following a strict diet based on Victoria Beckham's eating regime.

'She's been eating steamed fish and edamame beans.

'She was told that's how Victoria stays so slim,' says an LA mole.

'She is also drinking goji berry juice and seaweed shakes to stave off hunger and starts each day with a cup of hot water and lemon.'
