He may have made enemies of the likes of Naomi Campbell and Ian Hislop, but it's obvious where Piers Morgan's fanbase lies — with a trio of TV newsgirls.

After having her picture taken by comedian Dom Joly for ITV reality show Deadline, she tried to snatch his camera to sneak a glance at herself.

Clearly he is picking up the tricks of the trade, because he fought her off.

"I am enjoying learning to be a journalist because I am good at it," he claimed.

"I love doing this purely because at the end of the day I can give it all up. I hate reality TV so I didn't have to do this."

Other guests included Lord Levy, the Labour peer who has twice been arrested in the cash for honours inquiry, Mohamed Fayed, serial Royal conspiracy theorist, and Spectator boss Andrew Neil.
