Video: Katie Price mobbed as she arrives in LA

It was a hero's welcome at LAX for Katie Price.

The paparazzi scrambled to get a shot of her but it wasn't easy.

While she kept a straight face, she must have been enjoying the attention as she is attempting to crack the US market.

But the glamour model also had the important business of pampering to attend to. She spent three hours lounging around in a West Hollywood salon having a manicure and pedicure.

Earlier she had a hair appointment. Katie only ever gets her hair extensions done in LA so she was making the most of her time.

Later she was spotted arriving at the Château Marmont for dinner with her pal and stylist Gary Cockerill. It's a tough life.
