Dannii Minogue is one of the celebrities lending support to World Aids Day today.

The Australian singer launched the Wear Your Ribbon drive for HIV charity the Terrence Higgins Trust and is keen to spread the safe-sex message.

Minogue said: 'Being sexy doesn't mean you shouldn't be safe.' A celebrity shopping night will be held tomorrow at Topshop's flagship store in Oxford Street, London, with ten per cent of all purchases donated to the trust.
