Lots of alcohol, a bit of singing, and an altercation with a photographer's lens... just a normal night out for Lily Allen.

The 22-year-old singer clutched a glass of white wine as she performed a secret gig last night in the Studio Valbonne on Kingly Street — for the launch of the Braun Satin haircare range.

Witnesses say she seemed the worse for wear on stage and struggled to remember the lyrics to her hit songs.

After just two songs she stopped and asked the crowd: "What day is it?" She then went off on a rather strange tangent about her hair.

She slurred: "Look at my hair, it's so f******g straight, I wish I was as straight - I'm a bit drunk."

The face of Braun's new haircare range asked the crowd: "Are you enjoying the free wine, I know I am."

After her mini-set Lily apologised to the crowd, saying: "I sound like a cat being swung around on its tale, it's because I haven't been singing in so long."

And following the gig she swigged from a bottle of champagne in the back of her car on her way celeb haunt the Groucho Club, where she continued to party with supermodel pal Kate Moss.

When she left in the early hours of this morning Lily begged photographers "I'll give you a £1,000 if you don't take a picture of my mate Kate", which guaranteed a storm of camera flashes as the model was helped out the front door.

To top off the night, Lily stubbed out her cigarette on a camera lens - not the best idea for a singer already in trouble with the law for allegedly assaulting a snapper in March.
