The twin brother of pop star Will Young was given a 12-month conditional discharge yesterday after he admitted starting a drunken street brawl.

Rupert Young, 25, shouted and screamed at passer-by Kawa Ghareeb, 35, and fought with him in the West End of London last May.

Police arrested Young while Ghareeb fled on a bus, Middlesex Guildhall Crown Court heard. Young, from Hungerford, Berkshire, admitted abusive and insulting behaviour.
