13 April 2012

Aidy Boothroyd admits his Watford side lack quality in attack following their 2-1 home defeat by Plymouth.

Watford's second loss in four days has seen them slip to 14th in the Championship and manager Boothroyd said: "We have the work-rate, the effort and organisation and we create chances, but it's about putting it in the net.

Plymouth were already two goals up before John-Joe O'Toole scored for Watford seven minutes from time.

Boothroyd added: "We have to lick our wounds and bounce back."
