Calm Tiago hopes for a simple life

Tiago believes that Chelsea have nothing to fear ahead of tonight's Carling Cup semi-final second leg against Manchester United.

Sir Alex Ferguson's side are slight favourites having secured a 0-0 draw in the first leg at Stamford Bridge, but Chelsea are perfectly happy to travel to Old Trafford on level terms.

Tiago said: "For me the first leg was a game without problems. We had a feeling it could be difficult because Manchester United are a big club, but things are fantastic for us at the moment.

"Everything is very exciting and it's just another normal game that we have to win. We tried to win at home and it wasn't possible but that's not a problem."

The Portugal midfielder added: "Everything is open for the second leg and we go to Manchester like a normal league game - to win.

"I've played in many games over two legs in the UEFA Cup, but in this competition it doesn't matter if the score is 0-0 or 1-1 until extra time, so our task is very simple."

Chelsea have no new injury worries, but manager Jose Mourinho is expected to rotate his squad as he has done earlier in their Carling Cup campaign.

Germany defender Robert Huth returns to the squad having fully recovered from the ankle problem he sustained on international duty two months ago, but is likely to start on the bench as back-up to John Terry and William Gallas.

Eidur Gudjohnsen may start in preference to Didier Drogba in attack, while Carlo Cudicini is expected to return in goal in place of Petr Cech.

United captain Roy Keane will make his first appearance in this season's competition, with the Reds hoping that a victory could even help them narrow the gap on Chelsea in the Premiership title race.

Defender Phil Neville said: "We do not know how Chelsea will react to a defeat. All we can do is give them an opportunity to find out."
