Celtic insist: Brown is staying at Parkhead

Celtic insist they have no intention of selling midfielder Scott Brown.

The club have rejected reports Brown is unhappy at Parkhead and stressed there is no question of the Scotland international leaving in the forseeable future.

A club spokesman said: "Categorically, Scott will be a Celtic player on February 1."

Brown, 22, joined Celtic from Hibernian last summer in a £4.4million deal.
