Coleman takes heart from his home comforts

Chris Coleman believes Fulham's newfound resilience at Craven Cottage holds the key to their Premiership survival.

Fulham, who entertain Manchester City tomorrow, are undefeated at home since the turn of the year. It is a record that fills Coleman with confidence given that four of Fulham's remaining seven fixtures are at home.

"We are looking to get a couple of wins at home and that should be enough to secure our place in the Premiership next season," said the Fulham manager.

"Another win could make the gap [between Fulham and the relegation zone] nine points and it would look a lot more healthy."

Meanwhile, Coleman insists he will try to ensure that Papa Bouba Diop remains at Fulham next season. The Senegal midfielder, who is injured, has been linked with several Premiership clubs following an impressive first season in England.

Coleman said: "We want to keep him next season."

Fulham are without Claus Jensen (suspended) and Sylvain Legwinski (thigh) tomorrow which means Mark Pembridge and Lee Clark could return in the centre of midfield.
