Harry Redknapp has said out-of-favour midfielder David Bentley could leave Tottenham in the summer - just 12 months after joining the club for £15million.

The 24-year-old (below) has not figured for Spurs since the 1-1 draw at Sunderland on 7 March. Since then, Aaron Lennon and Luka Modric have kept Bentley out of the side and Redknapp believes he could consider his future this summers.

Redknapp said: "It has been tough for David. He has worked hard but Aaron Lennon has been in terrific form.

"David wants to play. He is a terrific talent but Aaron and Luka Modric have been in superb form."

Ledley King will probably miss tomorrow's clash with West Brom at home after playing at Manchester United last week but the injury-plagued Spurs captain has set his sights on representing England at next year's World Cup.

He said: "My priority is always Spurs but with the 2010 World Cup qualifying campaign going so well, there is a real opportunity to do something great on the international stage again."
